**Payment must be made before construction of personalized items. *

1. Please ask me whatever questions you may have up front.

I strive to make you the perfect item(s).

 

2. Please note that I am not responsible for a buyer purchasing an item in the wrong size. 

3. I can provide a size chart in all listings (where applicable).

4. We accept Cash and Credit cards payments.

 

5. Turnaround Time:
Standard turnaround time is 5-7 working (business) days from the time that a payment is collected.  
Some services and large quantities will add to our standard turnaround.
Rush charges may apply for orders needed sooner than our standard turnaround.

Deadlines:
All orders with a specific deadline must receive written confirmation from owner, Lakendra Pegues. 

 

6. Estimates/Invoices
Estimates and Invoices expire in 5 day

7. Return Policy: 
I am a small shop and please know that I keep my prices low and affordable so that everyone can enjoy my handmade items!
Because of this, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
I try to avoid there being any issues or reason why you might want to return an item from my shop.
